Human life is short and uncertain. Every person must face death, and no one can escape it. Many live in fear of death, bound by this anxiety. The root cause of this fear, suffering, and pain is sin. Sin entered the world because Adam and Eve disobeyed God’s command, bringing death with it. As a result, all people have sinned, and death reigns over everyone.
About 2,000 years ago, a man named Jesus Christ was born. He conquered death and was resurrected. Jesus is the Son of God, through whom everything was made. In Him was life, and that life was the light of men, shining in the darkness. He is the true light that enlightens every person.
Jesus never sinned and lived a holy life, acceptable to God. His life and ministry are a testament to God’s love, meeting people’s physical, mental, and spiritual needs. He showed true love to all.
Jesus gave His life for us while we were sinners to reconcile us to God. He was killed for our sins and rose on the third day to free us from sin’s penalty, power, and effects. His death and resurrection reveal God’s justice and love. No one can come to God without Him. The Bible says He is the way, the truth, and the life, the light of life, and the way to salvation.
